On 17 January 2026, RLAF hosted its first Annual Workplan Discussion, bringing together volunteers, grantees, and partner organisations to gather insights and perspectives on RLAF’s future plans and strategies.

Designed as an interactive, round-based engagement, the session enabled participants to actively engage with Heads of Department at dedicated booths. These included Corporate Affairs, Programmes & Partnerships, Grants & Fundraising, Volunteer Management, and Marketing & Communications. Each department shared updates on its ongoing work, as well as upcoming initiatives aimed at expanding RLAF’s impact within communities in need.

Participants were also given the opportunity to provide direct feedback, raise questions, and share their perspectives as partners, including those from partnering organisations and mosques. These meaningful exchanges yielded valuable insights into current initiatives, key challenges, and areas for improvement.
