RLAF Fundraising to Support Persons With Disabilities and Vulnerable Groups

Organised by:
In support of:
Rahmatan Lil Alamin (Blessings to All) Foundation (RLAF), will kickstart a special fundraising campaign in partnership with President’s Challenge 2025 (SG60 Edition), to support Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) and vulnerable groups in Singapore.
The fundraising campaign will commence this Friday, 5 September 2025 and involve participating mosques across Singapore. RLAF will also leverage online platforms such as Paynow and Interbank Transfer. This initiative reflects RLAF’s mission of “Blessings to All” radiating compassion, unity, and respect to every segment of society.

Addressing Needs in a Changing Environment

As Singapore experiences rapid economic and technological change, PWDs and other vulnerable groups such as families of the incarcerated and youth at risk face additional challenges in living independently, securing meaningful employment, and participating fully in society. This initiative will provide greater support for PWDs and these vulnerable groups to pursue careers to their abilities and interests, enabling them to live independently and with dignity.
Chief Executive officer of RLAF, Mr Adnan A. Hamid, shared: “One of the key aims of this year’s President’s Challenge is to support individuals with talent to nurture their abilities, help them grow, and provide the encouragement they need to thrive. Among our younger generation, many have incredible gifts in areas like art and creativity but at the same time, they may face personal or developmental challenges. This is where we, as a community, can come together to ensure those in need can receive the resources and opportunities they deserve, allowing them to continue developing their potential and striving towards a brighter future.”

Supporting the President’s Challenge

RLAF contributes to the President's Challenge 2025 in rallying support for PWDs in Singapore through three key areas.
a) Amplifying community awareness about the challenges faced by the PWDs and other vulnerable groups, fostering empathy and understanding.
b) Building robust connections between organisations supporting PWDs and other vulnerable groups and community members, promoting engaging volunteer-beneficiary interactions and meaningful partnerships.
c) Catalysing and inspiring generous contributions to support organisations providing essential services to PWDs and other vulnerable groups in Singapore.
Through this campaign, RLAF will focus on initiatives that promote inclusion and social participation for PWDs and their caregivers as well as vulnerable groups, addressing both immediate needs and longer-term support.
